Sandi van Endt | Head Chef

Originally from South Africa, Sandi has now been with Olé for two years and is loved by all, even if she is torturing everyone with the smell of freshly baked muffins! 

With over 30 years experience revolving around food, she runs the Olé Kitchen, catering for all players who live in residence. She also keeps our staff full, prepares match day food for players and caters for Olé events. 

Sandi has the constant challenge of providing nutritious meals to fuel young athletes, which are appealing, tasty and have some variety. She works closely with our Head of Player Welfare, Matt Jepson on meal planning and nutrition, testing recipes and running workshops.
