Olé x FSkills Pre-Academy

Ole Pre-Academy, delivered in partnership with FSkills, is our entry-level football development programme designed to give young players a strong foundation in both technical and athletic skills. The programme focuses on ball mastery, first touch, striking, and decision-making, alongside fundamental movement and coordination patterns such as balance, agility, and body control — all essential for long-term development and injury resilience.

Working closely with FSkills, sessions are supported by their innovative coaching app, which allows players to track their progress, receive personalised feedback, and access guided exercises for ‘at-home’ practice. This ensures learning continues outside of training, helping players develop habits, skills, and confidence faster.

Led by qualified and experienced coaches, Ole Pre-Academy is designed to prepare players for a smooth transition into Academy programmes. The curriculum aligns with the technical and physical expectations of the Academy pathway, so players develop the skills, understanding, and mindset needed to succeed at the next level.

Most importantly, Ole Pre-Academy provides a fun, engaging, and supportive environment where players can enjoy learning, make mistakes safely, and build a love for the game. By combining high-quality coaching, technology-supported training, and structured skill development, the programme helps young players grow as both footballers and athletes.

Training Info

To allow players and families to experience the programme, we will be running two free taster sessions, open to all players:

• Thursday 19 February 3:30–4:30pm
• Friday 20 February 3:30–4:30pm

Following these sessions, Ole Pre-Academy will run as a 4-week programme:

Who: Aged 7 – 9 year olds
Where: Ole Football Academy Turf
When: Fridays starting  27 February until the end of the school term @ 3:30–4:30pm
Cost: $50.00 for the full 4-week programme
