Training Camps
ACADEMY IMMERSION | JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT
At Olé, football isn’t something we fit around other commitments—it’s what we do, every day. Players walk through our doors and step into an environment designed entirely for their growth, surrounded by coaches who live and breathe the game.
These camps are about stepping into a structured, supportive environment where players are challenged, encouraged, and inspired. Every session is built with intention, every detail matters, and every player leaves with a deeper appreciation for the game.
This is an open invitation to experience the Olé way.

Academy Immersion Camp
Our Academy Immersion Camp gives players aged 13–15 the chance to train, learn, and compete within our academy environment, alongside both current academy players and invited participants. This is a unique opportunity to experience the look, feel, and standards of our Talent Development Programme (TDP) in a high-performance setting.
The camp offers a comprehensive curriculum that blends technical skill development, tactical understanding and player education workshops. Players take part in drills and games designed to challenge their decision-making, improve game intelligence, and build mental resilience.
Led by our experienced coaching staff, sessions mirror the structure and intensity of our academy programme, encouraging all players to push themselves, develop consistency, and embrace the habits of high-level footballers.
Whether continuing their academy journey or exploring what it takes to perform at the next level, participants leave the Academy Immersion Camp with valuable experience, sharper skills, and a deeper understanding of the game.
Junior Development Camp
Our Junior Development Camp is designed to help young players aged 9–12 develop their skills, grow their confidence, and enjoy football in a structured and supportive environment. Each session combines technical drills, small-sided games, and engaging challenges that encourage players to learn by doing, explore new ways to play, and improve their decision-making on the ball.
The camp focuses on building strong foundations — from ball control and movement to teamwork and game awareness — while fostering a love for the game. Players are supported to take risks, try new techniques, and develop their understanding of football, all in a positive, motivating setting.
As part of the program, players also participate in our Camp World Cup, getting into teams to play competitive matches and enjoy fun, football-related challenges and “homework” activities that extend their learning beyond the pitch.
There’s no pressure, just a chance to train, improve, and enjoy football the way it’s meant to be played.
