If you or your club/team are interested in The Olé Way then we want to share it with you!
Our mission of changing the landscape of football development in New Zealand and creating the environmental conditions to consistently produce World – Class Kiwi footballers is clear.
We are driven by the vision of a thriving New Zealand football development culture and the unlimited potential of the New Zealander.
We have seen what is possible when a small group of motivated trainers and players set their sights on implementing dramatic change.
In recent years, The Olé F.A. has worked as lead consultant with the Vanuatu Football Federation (2017 U-20 World Cup Qualification), Team Wellington Youth (NZ National Youth League), South Auckland Elite (SAE) and Western Suburbs Football Club.
If you are interested in visiting Olé Football Academy or bringing a team / group of players to experience The Olé Way during the 2018 New Zealand School Holiday Calendar email Ben Sippola ([email protected]) for prices, dates and conditions of visit.
“In September 2017 EAFC girls made the trip to Wellington to train with Olé Academy. What an experience to have Declan Edge and Ben Sippola train our girls. Our whole football beliefs have been turned upside down. Olé has changed the way I look at football. This has impacted me on so many levels and has completely changed the way I am now coaching my girls. We have been helped to simplify the game. Back to basics. Holistic development, creating the whole player. Doing things differently. My girls are ecstatic, the path to greatness seems clearer now. Can’t thank the boys enough at Olé.”
