ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for coaches to come into the Young Olé Academy and work with Youth (U15 and U17) and Junior (U11 – U13) age groups during the Olé 2020/2021 Summer Programme.
The Summer Programme will run from mid-October, through until late-February, however, for the right person/people, there is the scope for roles to extend into our 2021 Winter Programme/Season and beyond.
To be in this role, you will need to learn and gain an understanding of the Olé ‘Style of Play,’ coaching pedagogy, methodology and philosophy, and ensure these are implemented into the delivery of Youth and Junior training sessions. You will work closely with a team of Olé coaches, as well as the Technical Director, both on and off the pitch. An ideal candidate will hold, at minimum, an NZ C-License, or equivalent.
The nature of the role will require flexibility with time, open mindedness, teamwork and a willingness to continuously learn. There is also plenty of opportunity and freedom to innovate and put forward new ideas.
Depending on the candidate, both part-time and full-time positions can be discussed. Positions can also be flexible and include involvement in other areas of the organisation.
