OLÉ FOOTBALL ACADEMY & WESTERN SUBURBS 2023 WINTER PROGRAMME
As we transition into the Winter Club Season, Olé Football Academy and Western Suburbs Football Club continue their successful, long-term partnership, devoted to developing the next generation of young, New Zealand footballers. In preparation for the Winter Season, Olé will be hosting an Open Week to welcome external players from the Wellington Region to experience the Olé environment.
The Winter Programme will run for 24-25 weeks, beginning on Monday April 17th, continuing for the duration of the club season.
Depending on age, players will train between 3-5 times per week at Olé Football Academy and play competitively with their respective Western Suburbs FC teams on weekends. There will be training and game breaks during school holidays and these will be confirmed by your player’s head trainer throughout the season.

Open Training Sessions will be held for all players interested in being part of the 2023 Olé FA & Western Suburbs FC Winter Programme. The schedule is as follows:
Players born 2011, 2012 & 2013:
Monday 20th Feb: 4:30 – 5:45pm
Wednesday 22nd Feb: 4:30 – 5:45pm
Players born 2010:
Tuesday 21st Feb: 4:30 – 5:45pm
Wednesday 22nd Feb: 5:50 – 7:10pm
Players born 2008 & 2009:
Monday 20th Feb: 5:50 – 7:10pm
Tuesday 21st Feb: 5:50 – 7:10pm

2023 Winter Programme
Due to capacity, there will be a limited number of Youth and Junior teams within the programme, and places available will reflect this. Players who are invited into the programme will be expected to commit to the training schedule and have consistent attendance at training and games.
*Communications following Open Week can be expected between March 1st and 2nd.
