EUROPE
As the Summer months roll around in Europe, many of the leagues have concluded for the 2017/18 season.
In Holland, Ryan Thomas and PEC Zwolle finished the season in 9thplace. After a very bright start, it was a lot lower than they may have expected. Ryan started in 31 games throughout the season, scoring 1 goal.
Also in Holland, Jesse Edge finished his season with Achilles ’29 where they had a very tough season. Jesse played in 19 games.
Down in Portugal, Tyler Boyd had a very successful season on loan to Tondela from parent club, Vitória Guimarães. Tyler got 27 games under his belt in a season where Tondela finished 11th. Tyler also contributed 5 goals and a handful more assists.
Over in Sweden, the Superettan season is in full swing. Tyler Lissette and IFK Värnamo will be looking to turn around their slow start to the season as they have lost their last 4 games.
In Norway, Aaron Jones and Asker FC have started their season very positively with the team sitting nicely in 3rdplace. Aaron has started all 8 games.
AMERICA
In the MLS, Elliot Collier has not appeared recently for the Chicago Fire as he has been injured. In the last month, Chicago have been climbing the ladder and now sit 8thin the Eastern Conference.
In Texas, Kyle Adams and Rio Grande Valley FC have had a string of draws recently. Kyle has been performing well consistently and his efforts have been getting recognized by local media.
In California, Cory Brown has begun to play consistently for Fresno FC in the last month. He has started the last 6 games including 3 US Open Cup games. Their round 3 US Open Cup game was against high flying MLS newcomers LAFC. Cory was named Fresno’s Man of the Match in the game where he had two blocked shots, three tackles and seven interceptions.
ALL WHITES
Olé Acadmey Graduate and Central League 2016 Young Player of the Year, Noah Billingsley made his All Whites debut against Kenya in the 2018 Hero Intercontinental Cup in India. Noah appeared off the bench in all three games of tournament. Noah recently completed his second year at UC Santa Barbara where he appeared in 14 games scoring 2 goals and also having 2 assists.
