We’re Hiring!
Olé Football Academy is on the lookout for awesome people to join their high energy and growing group of staff!
Interns:
Above all else, we’re looking for people who are the right fit for the organisation. Olé has a long history of bringing young interns on board, who have the opportunity to join the team and learn and grow with us in whatever interests them. Current Olé Technical Director Ben Sippola, CEO Blake Jones and Director of Girls & Women’s Football Tory Schiltgen all started out as interns!
As we grow and evolve, we’re looking for people who would love to work in football and want to add value. The door is always open with this opportunity, and we’re keen to hear from anyone who might be interested in becoming an intern with us – We’re approachable and open to ideas, just reach out and chat!
Community Football Coordinator:
We’re on the look out for a new Community Football Coordinator, responsible for looking after our highly regarded Community Football programme. This includes Olé initiatives around the wider Porirua community such as Football in Schools, Street Football, Cannons Creek Fun Football, Schools Tournaments and overseeing the Skills Centre in partnership with Western Suburbs. The person in this role will coordinate all of these initiatives and a team of young coaches who will help to deliver. There is plenty of room to innovate and grow in this role!
This could be a full-time role for one person, or be broken up into part-time roles split across multiple people who share the load. There is also the opportunity to coach as part of the academy, or support in other areas of the organisation.
If you’re keen to put yourself forward or want to learn more, please reach out to Simone Sippola: [email protected]
