Michael Clayton joined the Olé staff from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) where he served as the Education Coordinator for approximately 8000 coaches across the country.
Michael is the founder/director of coaching for Real Kansas City, a youth development academy that continues to oversee the football development of over 200 children in the greater Kansas City Missouri area.
Michael is a former Missouri Olympic Development Program (ODP) staff member and graduate of Butler University (2011). Whilst playing for one of the nation’s top college football programmes he earned a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Sports Science.
“Michael adds a new dimension of depth and quality to our current staff of trainers. His experience working with some great people at the NSCAA and his qualifications as a youth trainer will certainly raise the bar at the academy and breathe new life into our current programmes. Michael’s ties to the university game at various levels (D1-D3, NAIA, JUCCO) throughout the United States add a boost to our university placement sector. His background in sports science and kinesiology will have him overseeing the physical development programme for academy players.”
