Changing the Landscape of Football Development: A candid conversation on coaching with Olé Football Academy Director of Football, Declan Edge.
Join Declan and company for a two-part educational workshop on the WAY and WHY we play. Open for coaches and teachers across all codes, levels, ages and abilities. Attendees will learn concepts from the workshop that can be easily implemented into their own football and/or learning environments.
The day will begin with a conversation, where Declan will share his insights on New Zealand’s developmental landscape over the past decade, as well as speak about ‘The Olé Way’ of training and playing, recognised nation wide for consistently developing age-grade international players and current All Whites.
Following this, Declan will deliver an on the grass, practical coaching session.
Attendance at this event will count as 30 points towards coaches keeping their NZF Advanced Qualifications “Active.”
Those attending the workshop, will need to bring something to take notes with. Food and drink is not provided.
