At Olé, we are consciously aware of the footprint we leave behind. Sustainability is key, on the field and off of it.
In 2017, the academy moved to a plant based menu in our kitchen for both health and sustainability reasons. A plant based lifestyle will lead to a much more sustainable planet for the future generations to come.
The next step we are working towards is to become plastic free by 2020.
New Zealand is a beautiful country, and we are fortunate to live here. We want to keep New Zealand green and beautiful, and this is the next step we are taking.
We would like to encourage all our players, families and other football communities to join us in becoming more aware of the impact we have on the environment and assist in our movement away from non-reusable plastic bottles and bags.
Please help us to be better off the pitch as well as on the pitch!
