Olé x Wanaka AFC Academy
SOUTH ISLAND TRAINING CAMP – JANUARY 2022
Olé Football Academy returns to Wanaka to host another three day training camp in January, open to serious, aspirational young footballers from around the South Island.
After hosting a hugely successful training camp for the first time in the South Island in 2021, Olé and Wanaka AFC have been working closely together to establish the Olé x Wanaka AFC Academy. Following a waitlisted pilot Winter Programme, the academy’s Summer Programme filled up fast and is now underway!
Olé will once again return to host a three day training camp in January 2022.
These immersive camps give players the opportunity to get a taste of ‘The Olé Way’ and gain exposure to a type of elite football development they may not have experienced previously.
The camp itinerary includes on field training sessions, classroom sessions, competitive games, team building, and will incorporate many of the key holistic elements integral to the development process with Olé.
Our coaches and staff are experts at working with the young, New Zealand player. We create a safe and encouraging learning environment, while also challenging players to be competitive and become the best they can be.
WHO: Open to all South Island players, including goalkeepers (boys and girls) born 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. For players who are already part of the Olé x Wanaka AFC Academy, this training camp is by invitation only.

COST: $320 (+GST) for players who already have a training shirt $365.00 (+GST) for players who require a training shirt
We are accepting registrations of interest for the training camp via the form below. Players will be asked for a reference from their current club/academy whom we can contact. Following this, players will be advised of their acceptance into the training camp.
