We are thrilled to unveil changes to our training programmes, designed to enhance our players’ experiences, streamline our services, and more closely align with school terms and the football season.
The Foundation Phase (Formerly White Group)
- Age Range: The Foundation Phase is now open to a broader age range to include Under 10’s. The new range will encompass Under 10’s, Under 11’s and Under 12’s.
- Training Cycle: This group will continue with the familiar Summer and Winter Programme.
- Pricing: Pricing for The Foundation Phase will remain the same as it was for the White Group.
Why this change for The Foundation Phase?
This adjustment will offer younger players an earlier entry into our training ecosystem, ensuring they get a solid foundational start in their football journey.

The Development Phase (Merging Red and Black Groups)
- Age Range: Encompassing Under 13’s, Under 15’s and Under 17’s.
- Training Cycle Transition: Beginning January 29, this group will transition to a year-round training and invoicing model. For the interim Term 4, however, both training and fees will apply only for the 4th school term. From 2024 onwards, the group will adhere to the year-round model, aligning with school terms, the football season, and ensuring players are optimally prepared for transitioning to The Performance Phase.
- Pricing: Due to the merge of the groups, there will be variances in the pricing for each of the age categories in The Development Phase. There will not be an increase in price.
- Fee Structure: The fee charged will be for the full year at Olé Football Academy, rather than a Winter and a Summer Programme fee. We will split the yearly fee into 4 separate invoices that will be sent on January 25, April 25, July 25 and October 25. As usual, we will be happy for families to set up payment plans.
Why this change for the Development Group?
By merging the groups and introducing a year-round model, we aim to provide a more continuous and enriching learning experience. This shift is designed to mirror the larger football season and academic terms, as well as ensure our players are primed for the next step: The Performance Phase.
Term 4 Fee
Due to the transition from a Winter and Summer Programme to a year-round training cycle, we will be charging a fee only for the 4th school term of 2023. This fee will cover the 11 weeks of training from October 2 – December 15.

Updates to The Performance Phase (Formally Senior Academy | G1 and G2)
- Training and Invoicing Cycle: Continues year-round. However, we’re adjusting the cycle to start in January and end in December.
- Invoicing Update: With the current invoicing period concluding on October 31, the forthcoming invoice will span from November 1 to December 15, aligning with the revamped training cycle and invoicing cycle.
- Pricing: The training fee for November 1 – December 15 will be calculated based on the regular instalment 2 invoice, adjusted to only cover the 6 week transition period.
